The Suffolk Masonic District Dinner will once again be held at Polish Hall on April 12th.
Tickets will be $60 per person, and we were promised that the dinner will be what was traditionally served in prior years. These tickets will go on sale through our ticket sales system within a few weeks. The Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master are planning to attend. Please encourage your Brothers to attend this Annual Masonic Celebration.
Brothers it’s very important that we have your cooperation when it comes to ticket sales and admittance to a large event. If you purchase tickets online you will be required to give name and email address for every ticket purchased. This allows the event organizers to know an accurate count of attendees. Your ticket will be emailed to the purchaser and any others you purchase for to their individual email. This ticket will have codes on it and a QR code that verifies the ticket. You must print this ticket or have it ready at the door on your mobile device that is readable, like a mobile airline ticket. If you do not have your ticket, you will need to wait on a separate line to be manually verified on the list of attendees. So, to speed up your entrance, please have your ticket ready as you enter the venue.
Lodge’s that wish to purchase tickets to the District Dinner as a Table instead of individually, please see the attached Order sheet, download and print this order sheet. Fill out the order sheet and mail to the address on the sheet. Table orders will be issued tickets on receipt of form and check.
Deadline for table orders will be March 31st, 2024.
A check for $600.00 must accompany the order sheet or tickets will not be issued.

You may also choose “Pay at the Door” at checkout. Please keep in mind that this will require you to pay at the venue, cash or check, for the tickets ordered and only in the no advance tickets line. The Ticket holders’ line will be for pre-paid tickets only.
