Suffolk District Retention Training Workshop

Join us for the Suffolk Masonic District’s Lodge Retention Training Workshop, sponsored by the Grand Lodge of New York F.&A.M. This program will cover the Grand Lodge’s comprehensive retention initiative, including effective mentoring practices, candidate development, and tools for strengthening Lodge membership engagement.
This workshop is open to all Brothers, but Masters should ensure that their Lodge Retention Officers and / or NorthStar Chairs / Masonic Mentors are present, as the content is especially tailored to these roles.
The vitality of our Lodges depends not only on welcoming new Brothers, but also on guiding them with care, purpose, and consistency. By strengthening our retention practices, we ensure that every Brother finds meaning and connection within the Craft, building a stronger foundation for our District and for Freemasonry as a whole. The knowledge and tools shared in this training will equip officers and mentors to cultivate long-lasting engagement and preserve the health and longevity of the fraternity for generations to come.
